How To Create A Telstra Email Address

If you are already a Telstra login user and haven’t created your email address, you can follow the below steps and create your email account.

• Visit My Telstra in your web browser.
• Sign in with your Telstra ID and password.
• After login, select Webmail at the top of the page.
• Follow the instructions to set up your email account.

If you want to set up Telstra email on your windows PC with outlook 2016, follow the steps below:

• Open Outlook on your PC or Laptop.
• Click on File > Info > Add Account.
• Click on New and select Manual setup or additional server types.
• Select IMAP and then enter your email address and password.
• Uncheck Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
• Enter the Server information as shared above in the table.
• After entering server information, click on Next.
• Outlook will test your server settings. Once it’s done, click Close.
• Select finish and your Telstra email address will be added.

If you want to set up Telstra email on your iPhone, follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
• Click on Add Account.
• Click on Other and select Add Mail account.
• Enter your Name, Email, and password, then click on Next.
• Select your Server type as IMAP or POP.
• In Hostname, enter the server details from the above table.
• After entering all the incoming and outgoing mail settings, click on Next.
• Your email address will now be added.
